Jackson-Murray and its staff of professional counsellors are dedicated to the highest treatment standards, and adhere to the Code of Ethics of the Canadian Addiction Counsellors Certification Board (CACCB) in furtherance of a simple mission:

"To provide quality, comprehensive service to those seeking positive change
and improvement in their quality of life."

Our counselling and treatment programs ring true with a practical experience of the real world. We believe that:
Solutions to problems reside within the individual,
each of whom has the power within
to make positive choices and to affect meaningful changes
to intervene in their own lifestyles.

All our programs are holistic and client-centred. We employ an integrated bio-psycho-social approach within a highly interactive, motivational format, which incorporates educational and self-awareness components, and which recognizes that:
Individuals must apply the fundamentals of recovery-by themselves,
on a continuous and ongoing basis, and within the course of their
normal daily lives-if they are to affect changes capable of
truly transforming their lives and lifestyles.

The success of Jackson-Murray's non-residential treatment programs is founded on the fact that clients continue to go to work and to live at home, where they draw upon the support of their family and friends, where they can apply their developing recovery skills immediately to real-life situations, and where they can build upon their strengths as they grow. We believe that:
Skills-building enhances success;
we provide the tools for independence and self-empowerment
within a mentoring relationship of guidance and support.
We do not foster dependence.
